The Website is owned and operated by the Association For Economic Integration, R.A. (the “Association”, “we”, “us” and “our”) - an association registered under the laws of the State of Israel (Registration Number 580771814), with its registered offices at 29 Hayarkon street, Tel-Aviv 6801138, Israel. 

Please carefully read the following online agreement (the "Terms" or "Terms of Use"). The Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and the Association. By accessing the Website, by using it in any other manner, or by using any of the Association’s services, you indicate your acceptance to these Terms. These Terms apply to the use of the Website and the services and content included therein by any computer or any other electronic device. 

ABOUT OUR WEBSITE IN A NUTSHELL 
“Economic Inclusion” means equal access to essential services, information, and opportunities, in areas such as fair banking and banking services, sports, arts and more. 

The Association aims to assist ‘Olim’ to get such access and rebuild their lives in the State of Israel. The Website provides content and information about the Association, its goals, activities, and services.

The Website's content is presented for informative purposes only and should not be construed as a recommendation or as professional advice to make a decision on financial or on other legal matters.

Bear in mind that false, incorrect or outdated information may impair our ability to contact you. We will explicitly indicate the fields for mandatory completion.

DONATIONS TO THE ASSOCIATION
The Website serves as a platform for individuals (and any other valid legal entity) to make donations in support of the Association's mission and activities. We are grateful for any contribution, and we sincerely appreciate your generosity.
By making a donation through the Website, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Use. Donations may be made via a secure credit card payment system, and all donations will be processed accordingly.

When donating using a credit card, your card details will be verified and authenticated with the relevant credit card provider. Upon successful verification and submission of donation details, you will receive a notification confirming whether your donation has been approved or declined. If your donation is approved, you will receive an email containing confirmation of your donation along with a valid receipt.

You have the right to contact the Association to request an update to your billing details or to cancel a donation. Any request for donation cancellation must be submitted within 30 days of the donation date. Requests can be sent to info@economic-inclusion.org or submitted through the Website's contact form. The Association will review each cancellation request, and, at its sole discretion, may approve the cancellation and issue a refund to the credit card used for the donation, as soon as reasonably possible.
Please note that the Association is under no obligation to approve requests for donation cancellations, and such approvals are at the Association's discretion. In the event that a fee is charged by the credit card company for processing the cancellation, you agree to bear the full cost of such fees.

AGE RESTRICTION AND ELIGIBILITY 
If you are under the age of 18, you may not use the Website in any way. By using or accessing the Website, you declare that you are 18 years of age or older.

From time to time, the Association may change these Terms. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold The Association, its Staff, and anyone acting on its behalf harmless in respect of any claim, demand, damage, loss, loss of profit, payment or expense occasioned to them (including attorney’s fees and legal expenses) resulting from a breach of these Terms.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Regardless of your place of residence or where you access or use the Website from, these Terms shall be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
The competent courts in the City of Tel-Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, shall have sole jurisdiction over any claim in connection with the Website and the content and features provided therein, and in respect of any matter relating to the validity, applicability, performance or interpretation of these Terms. 

GENERAL  
No waiver, concession, extension, representation, alteration, addition or derogation from these Terms or pursuant hereto shall be effective unless effected in writing and expressly by the Association. The paragraph headings herein are intended solely for the purpose of orientation and reading convenience, and shall not be used for interpretation purposes.

SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, invalid, unenforceable, or otherwise contrary to law, the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
