Economic integration: removing barriers to essential financial services, information, & opportunities for immigrants to Israel.

Founded by Sophia Tupolev-Luz and a team of immigrants to Israel, the Economic Integration Organization (העמותה לשילוב כלכלי) aims to reduce systemic barriers and unlock the full economic, social, and civic potential of Olim in Israel. Through public advocacy, strategic partnerships, and economic advancement initiatives, we support the thriving, global immigrant community contributing meaningfully to Israeli society, economy, and national security.

The Fair Banking Project

The Fair Banking Project studied the experiences of new Israeli immigrants in the Israeli banking system.

We collected 1000+ unique responses to our surveys over two years from 2022-2024. Read our findings here

In June 2024, we filed a petition to Israel's High Court of Justice seeking regulatory policy change that would bring clarity to all Israeli immigrants when working with the financial system.

The hearing scheduled for May 22, 2025 has been postponed - check our site for further updates.

Travel Document Rights

The EIO is currently studying the experiences of new Israeli immigrants in receiving international travel documents.

We have an open survey available in English and Russian. If you immigrated to Israel, you can take the survey while it is open and help inform our research into this topic.

The time to fill out this survey should be between 2-5 minutes. Please do not write any personal details on the form, like ID number. We will never ask you for this information.
